At the constituency level, Thirubhuvani has recorded the highest turnout at 62.35 per cent, whereas Mahe has seen the lowest at 45.39 per cent till now. Adding a unique cultural touch, heritage polling booths set up at three locations in Puducherry are drawing significant attention for their traditional look and reflection of Tamil culture. Foreign delegates visiting under the International Election Visitors Programme have also visited these booths to observe and experience the voting process.

In 2021, Puducherry recorded a voter turnout of 82.2 per cent. Going by the current trend, in which most of the constituencies scaled half way mark by noon, election officials remain optimistic that this time the turnout could cross 90 per cent.
