President Droupadi Murmu today interacted with a group of grassroots innovators from the Atal Innovation Mission at Rashtrapati Bhavan and witnessed their innovations in an exhibition. During the meeting, the President emphasised that grassroots innovations are well-suited to society’s needs, as they combine local experience, scientific thinking, and individual creativity with a sense of social responsibility. President Murmu also appreciated the efforts of the innovators for working with conviction despite challenges to bring about positive change in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.
