President Droupadi Murmu hosted At-Home reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan this evening on the occasion of 79th Independence Day. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former President Ram Nath Kovind, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Chief Justice of India B R Gavai were present on the occasion. Besides, the event was also attended by Union Ministers including Rajnath Singh, J P Nadda, Dr S Jaishankar, Piyush Goyal and Manohar Lal, Anupriya Patel and Arjun Ram Meghwal along with other eminent dignitaries.
