President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have extended their greetings to all countrymen on the occasion of Janmashtami.
In a social media post, President Murmu wrote, Lord Shri Krishna has shown the entire humanity the path of following duties according to righteousness while remaining dedicated to the welfare of all beings. She urged the citizens to follow the path shown by Lord Krishna and strengthen society and the nation.
Prime Minister Mr Modi hoped that Janmashtmi, the sacred festival of faith, joy, and enthusiasm will infuse new energy and zeal into people’s lives.
