In the latest installment of the Rozgar Mela, an employment event, a program was conducted at the BSF Tripura Frontier Headquarters in Salbagan, Agartala. This event, held at 45 locations across the country, featured live Video Conferencing for the distribution of appointment letters by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Pratima Bhoumik, graced the program held at the BSF Tripura headquarters in Salbagan as the chief guest. During the event, she distributed appointment letters to newly recruited individuals joining the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). A total of 447 young individuals received their appointment letters during this significant occasion.
Addressing the gathered youth, Pratima Bhoumik delivered an inspirational message, urging the newly appointed recruits to serve their country and state with unwavering honesty, sincerity, and dedication.
The Union Minister expressed her belief in India’s potential, stating that by the year 2047, India has the potential to become the most prosperous and developed nation globally. She emphasized that the new recruits, who are expected to serve for the next 25 years, will play a pivotal role in contributing to India’s development during their tenure.
This employment initiative not only offers opportunities to the youth but also aligns with India’s aspirations for growth and development on the global stage. The event signifies the government’s commitment to creating employment opportunities and fostering a brighter future for the nation’s youth.
In New Delhi Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday distributed more than 51,000 appointment letters to the youth, an occasion that prompted the Congress to dub it as a “gimmick” ahead of elections.

Addressing the Rozgar Mela, PM Modi said the Indian economy was on the path of rapid growth which had led to creation of big opportunities for employment of the youth.

He said automobile, pharma, tourism and food processing sectors were expected to grow at a rapid pace and open up employment opportunities for the youth.

Modi addressed the Rozgar Mela virtually as the new appointees in central  paramilitary forces, Narcotics Control Bureau and the Delhi Police joined in from 45 locations across the country.
