Acting on a tip of Tripura police arrested father and son with drugs worth about Rs 1 crore on Sunday from the capital.
Ashis Dasgupta, SDPO Amtali led the raid at the house of Narayan Sarkar at Balurchar area of Bhattapukur under A.D. Nagar police station.
During the raid, the police seized around 1 kg of suspected heroin kept in 64 small packets from the house and arrested the house owner along with his son Rakesh Sarkar in this connection, an officer told the media.
