Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid a visit to the Tripura stall at G20 venue, where he showed keen interest in the state’s diverse range of products. During his visit on Sunday, Prime Minister Modi inquired about the products on display and the interactions with foreign delegates.
Officials manning the Tripura stall told the Prime Minister–when he enquired- that several foreign delegates had shown a keen interest in Tripura’s offerings, particularly focusing on Agar and its related products, including Agar oil and woods. The officials further revealed that discussions with the foreign delegates indicated that resolving bottlenecks related to Agar exports could unlock substantial opportunities for exporting Agar oil and its derivatives to international markets.
