Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated badminton players Thulasimathi Murugesan and Manisha Ramadass for winning the medals in the women’s badminton SU5 event at the ongoing Paris Paralympics.
In a social media post, the Prime Minister said that both players performed outstandingly in the game. Mr. Modi said that their dedication and perseverance have led to this incredible achievement. He added that their success will also motivate many youngsters.
Badminton player Thulasimathi Murugesan has clinched a silver medal, while player Manisha Ramadass won a bronze medal in the women’s badminton SU5 event.
