PM Modi’s strong leadership steering country toward global prominence, says Russian envoy to India  –

 
 
Russia’s Ambassador to India, Denis Alipov, today lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and said Prime Minister Modi’s strong leadership is steering the country toward global prominence.  He also praised New Delhi for identifying, tracking, and punishing the culprits behind the heinous April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, which resulted in the death of 26 innocent civilians. He said the Pahalgam attack was a heinous crime and was widely condemned.
 In an interview with a news agency, Mr. Alipov stated that both India and Russia support a multipolar world order and advocate for equal international relationships. Support for India was expressed by all of Russia, including President Putin, who responded immediately upon learning about the tragedy and sent a special message to Prime Minister Modi. The Ambassador added that Russia has always maintained that there can be no double standards on terrorism, whether it is cross-border or of any other kind.
