Prime Minister Narendra Modi today spoke to Russian President Vladimir Putin and greeted him on his 73rd birthday. The two leaders reviewed bilateral progress and reaffirmed their commitment to further deepen the India-Russia Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership. Mr Modi also conveyed that he is looking forward to hosting Mr Putin at the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit.
