Addressing the 16th Rozgar Mela, Minister of State for Department of Personnel and Training, Jitendra Singh said that under the Mela, over forty thousands appointees are going to work in the Ministry of Railways .He stated that every appointee will also receive access to Karmayogi Portal, which aims to enhance their skills through focused training and development programmes.
He also mentioned that more than eight lakh individuals have registered on the Karmayogi portal, thereby improving their efficiency and effectiveness in government operations. Mr Singh added that such Rozgar Mela are being organized at the local level in various states, inspired by the central government’s initiative.
