North East  witnessed peace during rule of Narendra Modi: Nadda

BJP National President J P Nadda said that the North East region has witnessed peace during the rule of Narendra Modi. The BJP chief said several peace treaties have been signed under Modi regime to bring permanent peace in the region. Addressing a party meeting in Guwahati, Mr. Nadda mentioned that the connectivity sector got a massive boost in North East in the BJP rule.
Terming the Congress a party of brother and sister, he said, the Congress lost its ground as it failed to fulfill national intergration along with regional aspirations. Mr. Nadda further said, unlike other regional parties whose run by a family, BJP is based on pure ideology. The BJP president hoped that the border issues in North East would be settled amicably. He urged the party workers to spread the good works of the governments for the benefit of the people.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said, the entire North North is progressing under the BJP rule. The new state BJP office in Guwahati will be inaugurated on 8th of October in presence of J P Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah, Sarma added. Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh has said that the policies of Modi government has boost the development activities in North East.
BJP national president also inaugurated the Party’s North East office Padma Bhawan at Uzan Bazar area in Guwahati city. He also held a meeting with the Chief Ministers of BJP-ruled States in North East and State BJP presidents of the region. Mr. Nadda discussed with them the measures to strengthen the party at grass root level in the North East.
