Law and Justice Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal has said that the new criminal laws will bring ease of living in a big way for the citizenry. He said, these laws will expedite the delivery of justice and save the crucial time for all the stakeholders spent during litigation.
Mr Meghwal said this while addressing the Investiture Ceremony at CBI Academy, Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. He stressed that this would prove highly productive for the nation as the energies would be channelled towards the process of development of the society. The Minister underlined that reforms and improvements in the judicial process will also contribute to the endeavour and goal of taking India to 3rd largest economy in the coming years.
On the occasion, Mr Meghwal presented the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service and Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service to 39 CBI officers and officials.
