NDA poised for landslide in Bihar as results emerge for all 243 Seats

In Bihar assembly election, trends and results of all 243 seats are available. Ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is heading towards a landslide victory. The NDA has won 109 seats and leading in 93. RJD-led Mahagathbandhan is trailing far behind, having won 15 seats and is leading in 20. Others have won 05 seats and leading in 01. 

 
 

BJP candidates and Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Choudhary has won Tarapur seat, while Vijay Kumar Sinha is leading from Lakhisarai Constituency. 
BJP’s candidate Renu Devi has retained the Bettiah seat, making her entry into the assembly for the seventh time. 

 
 

Bihar State JDU President Umesh Singh Kushwaha has been declared elected from Mahnar Constituency. He defeated his nearest RJD rival by over 30 thousand votes. 

 
 

Deputy Speaker of Bihar Assembly and seven-time MLA Narendra Narayan Yadav is leading from Alamnagar seat by over 50 thousand votes over Nabin Kumar of Vikas-sheel Insaan Party.  

 
 

State Rural Development Minister and JDU leader Shrawon Kumar, who is the most senior minister in the Nitish Kumar Cabinet, is leading from the Nalanda seat by more than 30 thousand votes over his nearest Congress rival.

 
 

Former Union Minister and senior BJP Leader Ram Kripal Yadav has won the Danapur seat by a margin of over 20 thousand votes over his nearest RJD rival.
Popular Bhojpuri Singer Maithili Thakur, making her electoral debut on BJP ticket, has won from Alinagar seat, while senior BJP leader Mangal Pandey has won the Siwan seat by a margin of over 9 thousand votes over his nearest RJD rival.

 
 

Mahagathbandhan’s Chief Ministerial candidate Tejashwi Prasad Yadav of RJD, who was initially trailing, made a turnaround and has been declared elected from Raghopur seat. He defeated his nearest BJP rival, Satish Kumar, by a margin of over 17 thousand 8 hundred 66 votes. 

 

His brother Tej Pratap Yadav of Jan Shakti Janta Dal has lost the election from Mahua, finishing at third place behind RJD candidate. LJP’s Sanjay Kumar Singh won the seat by a margin of more than 44 thousand votes.

 
 

In Raghunathpur RJD candidate Osama Shahab is leading by over 10 thousand over his nearest JDU rival. 

 
 

Famous Bhojpuri singer and actor Shatrughan Yadav alias Khesari Lal Yadav of RJD is trailing behind BJP candidate Chhoti Kumari from Chapra seat by a margin of over 6 thousand votes. 

 
 

Bihar State Congress Chief Rajesh Kumar is trailing behind HAM candidate Lalan Ram from Kutumba reserve constituency.
