Murasing socio-cultural organisation in association with Information and Cultural Affairs department organised Murasing Cultural Festival on Saturday in Santirbazar sub-division. Chief Executive Member of TTAADC Purna Chandra Jamatia inaugurated the festival organised at Murasing Para Open Stage in West Patichari ADC Village.
The CEM in his speech exhorted the youths to preserve their indigenous culture.
Chief Guest of the programme MLA Pramod Reang urged everyone to maintain communal harmony.
Dignitaries of Murasing community Chandrabasi Murasing, Sunil Murasing and other guests such as Harendra Reang, MDC Debajit Tripura, MDC Sanjit Reang were present in the programme.The programme was presided over by Hoda Okra Ram Gopal Murasing.Samajpati of different communities also attended the programme. Total 9 departments of the state government opened their exhibition stalls there.
