A Super-Specialty Hospital is set to be established in Tripura, as announced by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. Speaking at the launch of the Mukhyamantri Sustho Saishob Sustho Kishore Ahiyan (MSSSKA 7.0) at Ambassa Town Hall, Dhalai District, Dr. Saha revealed that a tender for the hospital has already been floated, underscoring the state government’s commitment to advancing healthcare services.

The Chief Minister emphasized that healthcare remains a top priority, highlighting the government’s focus on ensuring medical assistance for children and adolescents aged 0 to 19 under the MSSSKA initiative. This program provides vital medicines to tackle conditions like diarrhea, worm infestations, and anemia.

During the event, Dr. Saha shared progress updates on MSSSKA, noting the steady increase in beneficiaries over the years. Starting with 10 lakh beneficiaries (93%) in the first phase, the program’s reach grew, with the latest phase covering 97.97% of eligible individuals.

Dhalai Zilla Parishad Sabhadhipati Sushmita Das, MLA Chitta Ranjan Debbarma, and several senior health officials were also present at the launch, further affirming the government’s collective effort to improve public health infrastructure.
