Monsoon Advances in Punjab, Rains Bring Relief from Scorching Heat –

In Punjab, as the Southwest monsoon has further advanced in the state, rain showers at many places have brought some relief from scorching heat on Saturday. Met Department has predicted favourable conditions for further advancement of Southwest monsoon during the next 2- 3 days.
Meanwhile, thunderstorm and lightning with moderate rain has happened over many parts of Punjab. The Met department has issued same weather warning for tomorrow as well.
