In Pakistan, the Zehri Tehsil of Khuzdar district in Balochistan province has been under military lockdown with a curfew in place for several days. According to reports, six civilians, including women and children, were killed in a drone strike by Pakistani forces, leaving three injured. Earlier, drone and helicopter shelling in Moola Pass, Bel Chari killed five people and several others injured.
 
Balochistan’s residents face severe shortages in healthcare, education, and basic services. Enforced disappearances and killings by Pakistani forces security forces continue, targeting activists and students. Human rights groups have raised these ongoing abuses at international forums, calling for accountability and justice.
