MeT Department in Uttarakhand forecasts yellow alert of rain in state till July 15

In Uttarakhand, the weather was clear in the hill districts of the state this morning, while it remained cloudy at some places from the afternoon. Light to moderate rain was recorded in the capital, Dehradun, in the afternoon. Meanwhile, the MeT Department has forecast a yellow alert of rain in the state till July 15. An orange alert of rain has been issued in Dehradun, Nainital and Bageshwar on July 13. Efforts are on to open the routes of the hilly areas, which are repeatedly blocked due to rain and landslides in the state.
