In the Men’s Under-19 Cricket World Cup, India defeated Zimbabwe by 204 runs in the Super Six stage match at Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo today. Vihaan Malhotra smashed an unbeaten 109 to lead India to a gigantic total of 352 in stimulated 50 overs. 14-year-old sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi set the tone with a fiery 52 off 30 balls, while wicket-keeper batter Abhigyan Kundu’s 61 and Khilan Patel’s 30 also helped. With the ball, India bowled out Zimbabwe for just 148 in 37.4 overs. Pacer RS Ambrish scalped two early wickets, while captain Ayush Mhatre and Udhav Mohan took three wickets each.
