Imphal: An alleged cadre of a militant outfit was nabbed on Tuesday by Manipur police at Top Siphai Thongkhong Luxmi Bazar, Imphal.
Police said he was allegedly involved in collecting money and threatening government officials to get contract works.
The arrested persons along with seized articles were handed over to Wangoi Police Station for further necessary action.
