Manipur Reports 13 New COVID-19 Cases in 24 Hours –

13 fresh COVID-19 cases have been detected in the past 24 hours in Manipur. The first positive case of the new variant of COVID-19 was detected in Manipur on 8th May this year in Imphal West district. Since then, 230 positive cases have been reported till today and out of this total positive cases, 112 have already been discharged from home isolation and the active cases remained at 118 cases as on date.
According to the Directorate of Health Services, Manipur, 43 samples were tested for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours and found 13 samples positive of the virus. Out of these 13 cases, ten were from Imphal West district while one each from Bishnupur, Imphal East and Thoubal districts.
