Maharashtra issues revised Covid-19 guidelines, mandates 5% testing of ILI, SARI cases –

The Maharashtra government has issued revised guidelines for COVID-19 management across the state. All healthcare facilities have been directed to prepare and test 5% of influenza-like illness (ILI) and severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) patients. The order has been issued by the health department to all municipal corporations, zilla parishads and district administrations. Maharashtra currently has around 506 active cases.
