As Wagner fighters move closer to Moscow, the Russian military and law enforcement have stopped free movement to and from the capital city, said Ukraines Main Intelligence Directorate. Additional military vehicles are being rushed to the capital, it added.

As Wagner mercenary group comes closer, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin declared a state of emergency in Russias capital. Counter-terrorist operation measures have been declared. He also urged residents, with the exception of government officials, to stay at home.
