Kerala Launches Statewide Youth Awareness Campaign Ahead of Assembly Polls

A statewide awareness campaign was launched on Satuday in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, to encourage youth participation in the upcoming Assembly polls. The campaign, titled ‘My Vote, My Strength’, is a joint initiative of the Election Commission of India, the Kerala State Legal Services Authority, and Kerala Police. Thiruvananthapuram District Principal Sessions Judge S. Naseera inaugurated the campaign. Several prominent officials, including Chief Electoral Officer Rathan U. Kelkar and District Legal Services Authority Secretary and Senior Civil Judge S. Shamnad, attended the event. The programme featured a range of cultural and interactive events, including a street play, a women-led chenda melam, a Kalaripayattu performance, and a quiz session.
