The Kerala High Court today dismissed a petition seeking the postponement of the telecast of the film Kerala Story on Doordarshan, till the general elections are over.
The Election Commission expressed its inability to intervene in the matter, as the film was released in May last year and is available on the internet and social media platforms.
The Court also recorded the fact that the film was already telecast by Doordarshan.
