In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today flagged off ‘Run for Unity’ in Srinagar, marking the celebration of National Unity Day.
Speaking at the event, the Chief Minister highlighted that the it is symbolizes the spirit of unity, a value deeply cherished by the people of Kashmir. The ‘Run for Unity’ attracted a diverse crowd, including local youth and security personnel.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister administered a unity pledge to the gathered participants. The event was also attended by senior officials.
