In Jharkhand, Kalpana Soren of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has won Gandey assembly by polls. She defeated her nearest rival Dilip Verma of the BJP by margin of 26 thousand 490. Kalpana Soren is wife of jailed former Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
