In Table Tennis, India’s Sathiyan Gnanasekaran and Manika Batra will face compatriots Akash Pal and Poymantee Baisya in the Mixed Double’s Finals of the WTT Feeder Beirut- II tournament in Lebanon today. The All-Indian Final will start at 4.40 PM, IST.
In Men’s Doubles Final, the duo of Manush Utpalbhai Shah and Manav Vikash Thakkar is set to face the pair of Mudit Dani and Akash Pal in another all-Indian Final. While in Women’s Doubles, Indian shuttlers Sreeja Akula and Diya Parag Chitale will lock horns with Doo Hoi Kem and Zhu Chengzhu Of Hong Kong today.
In Women’s singles Semi-finals, Sreeja Akula will face Suh Hyo Won of South Korea today, while G. Sathyan is scheduled to face Kirill Gerassimenko of Kazakhstan in the Men’s singles Semi-finals. Earlier on Thursday, World Number 103, Sathiyan clinched the Men’s Singles title at WTT Feeder Beirut I tournament, defeating compatriot and World Number 74 Manav Vikas Thakkar, 3-1.
