The online event, saw Divya dominate with eight wins, four draws, and one loss to reach the quarterfinals. She will next face World No. 1 Hou Yifan, who beat Karina Ambartsumova 11-3.
 
Divya recently won the FIDE Women’s World Cup, defeating Koneru Humpy in the final, becoming India’s 88th Grandmaster and securing a spot in the upcoming Candidates Tournament. The championship features 16 players in a knockout format, with three timed segments per match.
