Indian shuttlers Tanvi Sharma, Isharani Baruah, and Malvika Bansod reach Women’s Singles quarterfinals at Orleans Masters Badminton

In the Orleans Masters Badminton, Tanvi Sharma, Isharani Baruah and Malvika Bansod have stormed into the Women’s Singles quarterfinals at Palais des Sports in France. In the Women’s Singles Round of 16 matches, Tanvi defeated compatriot Anmol Kharb 21-14, 21-17, while Isharani Baruah defeated 21-11, 14-21, 21-17 Canadian player Wen Yu Zhang. In another Round of 16 match, Malvika Bansod defeated Malaysian player Wong Ling Ching 24-22, 21-13. 
 
The Indian Men’s Doubles duo of Arjun Madathil Ramachandran and Hariharan Amsakarunan have also entered the quarterfinals at Palais des Sports in France. Arjun and Hariharan defeated the Scottish duo of Alexander Dunn and Adam Pringle 26-24, 21-14 in the Round of 16 match.  In the Men’s Singles, Ayush Shetty lost to Yudai Okimoto of Japan 21-9, 18-21, 9-21 in the Round of 16 match.
