The Indian Athletics Series 4 concluded at Birsa Munda Stadium in Ranchi yesterday, with participation from over 200 athletes across the country. The event was organised by the Athletics Federation of India in association with the Jharkhand Athletics Association, featuring senior men’s, women’s, and under-20 categories across 38 events.
Both track and field competitions were held, including sprint, middle- and long-distance races, hurdles, and various jumping and throwing events. Athletes from institutions such as the Railways and the Army ensured a highly competitive environment, with several closely contested finishes. Officials said the event served as a key platform for performance assessment ahead of upcoming national and international competitions.
