IMD Issues Orange Alert for Severe Cold Wave Across Several States Tomorrow

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange colour warning for severe cold wave conditions at isolated places over Madhya Pradesh tomorrow. Similar conditions will also prevail over Chhattisgarh, East Rajasthan, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Telangana, and North-West India tomorrow. The Met Department has predicted heavy rainfall over Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Mahe, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal for the next two days. Talking exclusively to Akashvani News, IMD senior scientist Dr R K Jenamani said that heavy rainfall warning has been issued for Coastal Tamil Nadu tomorrow.
