The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and Uttarakhand today. The IMD said, the rainfall over Northwest India is gradually reducing and dry weather is expected in the next few days. Talking exclusively to Akashvani News, senior IMD scientist RK Jenamani said that heavy rainfall is expected over Northwest India from the 11th of this month.
