IDF claims major blow to Iran’s buclear program in 12-day ‘Operation Rising Lion’ –

Israel Defence Forces (IDF) today claimed that its 12-day military action- Operation Rising Lion, caused major damage to three key Iranian nuclear facilities. It added that the operation was aimed to cripple Iran’s nuclear and missile capabilities. The IDF also said the strikes were launched after intelligence showed significant progress in Iran’s nuclear and missile programs. During the operation, 11 senior Iranian nuclear scientists were killed, who were key figures in Iran’s nuclear weapons group. Israel also stated that the inactive Arak nuclear reactor was also struck to prevent future use. The IDF reported that 200 missile launchers, 80 surface-to-air systems, and 6 airfields of Iran were attacked in this military strike.
