The ICFAI University Tripura successfully hosted an International Conference on Advanced Communications and Machine Intelligence (MICA 2025) from December 22 to December 24, 2025, at its picturesque university campus. The three-day international academic event emerged as a significant global platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to engage in meaningful dialogue on emerging trends in communication technologies and machine intelligence.
MICA 2025 has steadily evolved into a premier multidisciplinary international conference, focusing on cutting-edge research and innovation in advanced communications, artificial intelligence, data-driven technologies, and intelligent systems. The conference aimed to bridge the gap between academic research and industrial applications by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange among global stakeholders.
The conference featured an extensive academic program comprising keynote addresses, technical paper presentation sessions, panel discussions, and specialized tutorials. The inaugural ceremony of MICA 2025 was held in the august presence of several eminent dignitaries from India and abroad, lending immense academic prestige to the event. The distinguished guests included Prof. Anil Dattatraya Sahasrabudhe, Chairman of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and Chairman of the National Board of Accreditation (NBA); Prof. (Dr.) Biplab Halder, Vice-Chancellor of ICFAI University Tripura; Prof. Arun Kumar Pujari, Former Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Rajasthan; Prof. Cowlessur Sanjeev K, Professor at Université des Mascareignes, Mauritius; Prof. Mohammad S. Obaidat, Professor at the University of Jordan; and Dr. A. Ranganath, Registrar of ICFAI University Tripura.
In their addresses, the dignitaries highlighted the growing importance of interdisciplinary research in the era of digital transformation.
