Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini and BJP State President Mohan Lal Badoli today paid tribute to Shyama Prasad Mukherjee by offering flowers to his portrait on his 125th birth anniversary at Haryana Bhawan in New Delhi.
During this, he also planted a tree under the Prime Minister’s ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam Abhiyan’. He inspired people to plant a tree in the name of great men to save the environment from getting polluted.
The Chief Minister said that the Haryana government is working with commitment to serve the poor standing in the last row by following the footsteps of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. He said that Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, a man of strong personality, founder of Jan Sangh and freedom fighter, did important work for the national interest.
