Global crude oil prices rose today, recovering from steep losses suffered in the previous session. Brent crude was trading 2.2 per cent up at 96 US dollars and 71 cents per barrel. West Texas Intermediate crude was trading one and a half per cent higher at 89 US dollars and 42 cents per barrel at the time of writing this report.
