Following his tweets, the crypto market saw a rise in canine cryptos-Doge, Floki and SHIB.

According to CoinDesk data, the price of DOGE has risen 5.4% meanwhile, Floki, which takes its name from Musks dog, is up 41% over the past 24 hours.

After acquiring the social networking platform on Oct 27 last year, Musk took over as CEO of Twitter, replacing Parag Agrawal.

He stated that he would step down from his position as CEO once he discovers someone willing to take on the responsibility, and then focus solely on managing the software and servers departments.
