Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya today said that one lakh crore rupees will be provided to employees and employers over the next four years through the Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) scheme. Talking to the media in New Delhi, the Minister said the scheme is the result of the employment-centric policy of the government. He added that under the scheme, any youth who has secured a new job will be given seven thousand five hundred rupees twice a year. Mr Mandaviya also highlighted that Prime Minister Modi had designed a five-year program to ensure employment for the youth of the country.
