New Delhi/IBNS: Months ahead of the next General Elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are brimming with confidence after it registered landslide victories in the Hindi heartland comprising Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.
Ahead of the days session in Parliament on Thursday, Modi attended the parliamentary party meeting where he was reportedly given a standing ovation by his colleagues.
However, Modi, who is the supreme leader of the ruling party, is not happy with the way he is referred to by BJP members.
Instead of Modi ji, he prefers Modi, the term that has swept several elections over the last decades.

The assembly polls in these states were touted as a semi-final contest ahead of the general elections in less than six months.
