The resident doctors and medical students continued their protest in the National Capital today against the alleged rape and murder of a doctor in Kolkata. Doctors from AIIMS, Safdarjung Hospital, Maulana Azad Medical College, Northern Railway Central Hospital, and other institutions staged protests near Nirman Bhawan in Delhi and demanded justice in the matter. The protesting doctors are also calling for a security act to protect healthcare workers and institutions across the nation.
