Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge today unveiled the party’s manifesto ahead of Haryana assembly elections. Announcing the guarantees at the party headquarters in New Delhi today, Mr. Kharge said,seven promises will be fulfilled after the formation of Congress government in the state. He announced to provide legal guarantee of Minimum Support Price to farmers and 300 units of electricity to every family. He also announced that two lakh recruitments will be done and the old pension scheme will be restored. The Congress President said, two thousand per month will be provided to women.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that if voted to power, Congress government in Haryana will provide LPG gas cylinders in 500 rupees and 6,000 rupees monthly pension to widows, senior citizens and disabled persons (Divyangs).

He said, Haryana will be made drug-free. He also announced 25 lakh rupees free treatment and instant crop compensation. Congress also promised to give plots of 100 yards and two-room houses at a cost of 3.5 lakhs rupees to the poor families. Mr Kharge also announced a caste survey and to raise the creamy layer limit to 10 lakh rupees.
