New Delhi/UNI: Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday paid homage to former President of India, Dr Zakir Hussain on his birth anniversary.
Recalling his contribution, Kharge said he contributed immensely in reforming countrys Education Policy.

He was an educationist and intellectual.
