The Philatelic Advisory Committee under the Department of Posts has accepted former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb’s proposal for issuing Commemorative Postage Stamp on Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya.
Deb shared the update in a tweet and expressed gratitude to the PrimeMinister and central government for accepting his proposal.
“Glad to share that the Philatelic Advisory Committee has accepted our proposal for issuing of Commemorative Postage Stamp on Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishor Manikya Bahadur. It is a matter of great pride for the people of Tripura & our gratitude to GoI led by PM Sri @narendramodi Ji,” Deb tweeted.
