Tripura CM Dr Manik Saha will launch the Seva First Innovation Challenge, Mukhyamantri Yuba Yogayog Yojana, and Digi-SAPNE 3.0 on October 1 to boost digital empowerment, student connectivity, and youth startup ecosystems across the state.
Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha will launch the ‘Seva First Innovation Challenge 2026’ and the ‘Mukhyamantri Yuba Yogayog Yojana’ for the 2025-26 academic year at a programme at Women’s College here on October 1.
The Chief Minister will also inaugurate ‘Digi-SAPNE 3.0’, a startup acceleration programme of AIC-SMUTBI being implemented in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
The programme, being organised by the Directorate of Information Technology, Government of Tripura, is being held as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, which is being observed across the state from September 17 to October 17.
According to officials, the initiatives are aimed at promoting innovation, digital empowerment and entrepreneurship, with particular emphasis on young people and the state’s emerging startup ecosystem.
During the programme, cheques will also be ceremonially handed over to selected startups under Digi-SAPNE 2.0. The distribution is part of the government’s efforts to extend financial and institutional support to startups and encourage entrepreneurship in the state.
Finance, Planning and Coordination and Information Technology Minister Pranajit Singha Roy and Higher Education Minister Kishor Barman will attend the programme.
IT and Finance Secretary Dr Parshant Kumar Goyal, IT Director Jeya Ragul Geshan B. and Sikkim Manipal University Vice-Chancellor Dr Gopalakrishna Prabhu will also be present, along with senior government officials, representatives from academia and members of the startup ecosystem.
The programme is scheduled to begin at 10.45 am with the arrival and reception of the dignitaries. The formal launch of the Seva First Innovation Challenge 2026 and Mukhyamantri Yuba Yogayog Yojana, along with the inauguration of Digi-SAPNE 3.0, will be followed by the Chief Minister’s address.

Officials said the three initiatives together are intended to strengthen citizen-centric innovation, expand opportunities for the youth and provide further impetus to Tripura’s digital and startup ecosystem.
