Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha inaugurated an art and craft exhibition as part of Tripura Police Week 2025 celebrations at Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhavan on Friday. The seven-day exhibition, featuring creative paintings and handcrafted items made by police personnel and their families, aims to showcase their artistic talents.
During his tour of the vibrant display, Dr. Saha praised the creativity and dedication behind the artworks. Speaking to reporters, he highlighted the significance of balancing professional responsibilities with artistic pursuits, noting that such talent deserves recognition and encouragement. He also stressed the need to expand the exhibition on a larger platform to increase public awareness about the artistic skills within the police community.
Director General of State Police Amitabh Ranjan and other senior officials attended the event, adding to the celebratory spirit of Police Week. The exhibition is open to the public for a week, offering a glimpse into the lesser-known creative side of the police force.
