This is Indias third lunar mission.

Chandrayaan-3 is expected to land on moon on Aug 23.

If everything goes well then India is going to be the fourth nation after the US, China, and Russia to land its spacecraft on the surface of the moon and demonstrate the countrys abilities for a safe and soft landing on the lunar surface.
