Campaigning For Second Phase Heats Up; NDA, Mahagathbandhan Leaders Tour Poll-Bound Constituencies

Campaigning for the second phase of Bihar Assembly Election has picked up pace. Leaders of NDA and Mahagathbandhan are engaged in campaigning in support of their candidates. 
 
 
Addressing a rally in Araria, Bihar, Senior BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today accused RJD of lawlessness and lack of development in Bihar during its tenure. He questioned how many expressways, bridges, sports complexes, and tourist circuits were built across Bihar. He said the answer is nil.
 
 
Mr Modi alleged that during RJD’s rule in Bihar from 1990 to 2005, Bihar faced lawlessness, which completely ruined Bihar.
 
 
Lauding the active participation of voters in the first phase of the Bihar Assembly elections, Prime Minister Modi praised the high voter turnout and urged others to step out and vote in large numbers.
