The state government is working on priority basis to quickly resolve different issues of the citizens. In this regard, CM Helpline number 1905 is playing a vital role, stated Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb while interacting with the staffs of CM Helpline and Emergency Response Support System at IT Bhawan, Indranagar today. Prior to that, he visited different sections of the CM Helpline and Emergency Response Support System and got acquainted about the service providing process. During his visit, the Chief Minister directly interacted with few service recipients and asked about their problem.
After his visit, the Chief Minister said, there are different issues of public and the government is has taken different plans to resolve those issues. One of them is CM Helpline and Emergency Response Support System. Recently,more than 70 %registered problems have been resolved. There is scope to register problems related to different departments including getting information about different services. About 41 service providers have registered complaints through the helpline. After department-wise separation of the registered complaints, they are forwarded to the concerned departments. The complaint is closed only after the service recipient is satisfied with the solution. As a result, it is possible to easily register complaints and receive solution from any part of the state fromhome.
The Chief Minister said, this visit is to have experience about how the service providers are registering and resolving complaints. Besides that, the Chief Minister also enquired about which kind of issues do the service recipients seeks help for and which department is addressing the problem fast. The Chief Minister directed the service providers to have congenial attitude towards the service recipients and to be careful and pay utmost importance to problems related to crime against women, addiction, banking services, farmers welfare, education, health etc. The Chief Minister also emphasized upon delivering good service giving importance to the fact how the Chief Minister and the state government is working for public welfare. Service providers and officials informed that as the number of service recipients is increasing, likewise problems are also being successfully resolved. Principal Secretary of Health Department J. K. Sinha, ADG Puneet Rastogi, and Secretary of IT department Puneet Agarwal were present during the visit.
